Electrical/Mechanical Assembly
ArcWorks is experienced in mechanical and electrical assembly. Our facility utilizes numerous types of high tech equipment from pneumatic presses to robotic systems, sonic welders, wire strippers, soldering stations, radial lead bending, continuity testing, wire crimping, and many other hand operated machines. Our experienced operators can mount, connect, assemble, and secure parts and components of electrical equipment. All of our work is inspected for workmanship and material defects to ensure conformance to drawings and customer specifications.

General Assembly
ArcWorks has the resources for various hand assembly jobs as well as electrical/ mechanical assembly. We are capable of single and multi-step assemblies in plastics, cardboard, metals, and other materials as needed. We service the retail, medical, and manufacturing industries.
