As Production Manager at ArcWorks, Gary Weston leads high-performance manufacturing operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and results. With a deep background in production management and process optimization, Gary joined ArcWorks nearly four years ago to bring his expertise to an organization where impact and performance go hand in hand.
Since stepping into the role, Gary has expanded operations significantly—growing from managing 17 employees at his previous company to overseeing nearly 70 people supported alongside 20 operators, group leads, and supervisors at ArcWorks. His leadership strengthens workflow, improves production outcomes, and supports ArcWorks’ ability to meet increasing customer demand.
One of Gary’s primary objectives is to double ArcWorks’ revenue—a milestone he has successfully achieved in prior roles. With a strong production team and an expanding sales operation led by Vice President of Business Operations Mike, Gary sees ArcWorks continuing to scale and serve more business partners with speed, quality, and reliability.
Beyond the production floor, Gary embraces ArcWorks’ integrated approach to workforce development and continuous improvement, participating in additional training and professional programs through The Arc of Monroe. This commitment ensures ArcWorks remains a dependable, forward-thinking manufacturing partner.
