When Jason Tuccio joined ArcWorks in September 2024, he brought nearly two decades of manufacturing, marketing, and sales experience. Today, as part of the Manufacturing and Government Sales team, Jason is helping strengthen ArcWorks’ commercial presence while championing the organization’s purpose.
A Career Forged in Manufacturing
Jason began his career in machine shops and then preservation-packaging manufacturing, developing hands-on knowledge of operations, quality, and customer needs. The 2009 economic downturn became a turning point: downsizing at his shop led him to a new opportunity in flexible preservation packaging, where he developed expertise in Mil-Spec materials commonly used for food rations and long-term weapons storage.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Arms Preservation Inc.
Years later, Jason channeled that expertise into his own venture, Arms Preservation Inc., focusing on long term military weapon packaging solutions and building proficiency in government contracting and online sales.
“It’s a good example of how something can knock the wind out of your sails one day and turn into a great opportunity later,” he said.
Bringing New Energy to ArcWorks
Since joining ArcWorks, Jason has been an active contributor to the organization’s commercial growth and sales revitalization. He has helped bring in new business to the facility while sharpening outreach, positioning, and customer engagement.
Manufacturing with a Mission
What drew Jason to ArcWorks is the alignment between operational excellence and community impact.
“ArcWorks is manufacturing with a mission. Our efforts don’t just solve problems for customers—they help support an entire community,” he said.
That perspective guides his day-to-day approach: build trust with customers, deliver dependable quality, and ensure every project advances ArcWorks’ broader purpose.
Looking Ahead
With a blend of technical depth, government sales experience, and entrepreneurial grit, Jason is helping ArcWorks expand its capabilities and impact. His story is a reminder that resilience can fuel innovation—and that great manufacturing can also serve a greater good.
